എഫ് സി സി വനിതാ ടോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റേഴ്സ് ക്ളബ്ബിന്റെ 4ാമത് യോഗം എഫ് സി സി മിനി ഹാളിൽ വെച്ച് 6:30 ന് ആരംഭിച്ചു.
ടി എം സഫൂര സലിമിന്റെ സ്വാഗതത്തോടെ ആരംഭിച്ച് ടി എം ജംഷീല ഷമീം അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ച യോഗത്തിന്റെ (പമേയം '' ആരോഗ്യമാണ് ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ധനം'' എന്നതായിരുന്നു; വാക്ക് ''വ്യായാമം'' എന്നതും. അധ്യക്ഷ പ്രസംഗത്തിന് ശേഷം മാ൪ച്ച് 26 ന് കൂടിയ മൂന്നാമത്തെ യോഗത്തിന്റെ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ടി എം ഫാസില സൈദലവി അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു. ശേഷം യോഗം ആരംഭിച്ചതായി (പഖ്യാപിച്ച അധ്യക്ഷ അന്നത്തെ ടോസ്റ്റുമാസ്റ്റർ അപർണ റെനീഷിന് വേദി കൈമാറുകയും ചെയ്തു.
ആരോഗ്യമാണ് ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ധനം എന്ന വിഷയത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് സ്വന്തം ജീവിതത്തിൽനിന്ന് ഹൄദയസ്പർശിയായ ഒരനുഭവം; സ്വന്തം അച്ഛന്റെ അനുഭവം ഉദ്ധരിച്ച കൊണ്ട് സംസാരിക്കുകയും, '' ആരോഗ്യത്തിന്റെ (പാധാന്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു സ്വന്തം കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകൾ വളരെ വസ്തുനിഷ്൦മായി സദസ്സുമായി പങ്കുവെക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. '' ആരോഗ്യ സംരക്ഷണത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ഒരു നല്ല ഓർമ്മപ്പെടുത്തൽ കൂടിയായി ടി എം അപർണയുടെ വാക്കുകൾ. അതിന് ശേഷം അന്നത്തെ സഹടോസ്റ്റുമാസ്റ്റർമാരുടെ ചുമതലകൾ വിവരിച്ചു.

ടി എം ഫ൱സിയ ബാസിത്തിന്റെ 'മറക്കാനാവാത്ത ഒരു അദ്ധ്യായം' ആയിരുന്നു ആദ്യം.കവിതകൾ ഒത്തിരി വായിക്കാനിഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന ഫൗസിയയുടെ പേർ ഏതോ കവിത പാരായണമത്സരത്തിന് ഒരു സുഹൄത്ത് നൽകിയതും, വിറതാങ്ങിയുടെ സഹായത്തോടെ വേദിയിൽ നിന്ന് കവിത ചൊല്ലിയതും, മൂന്നാം സ്ഥാനം കരസ്ഥമാക്കിയതും വളരെ രസകരമായി തന്റെ വാക്കുകളിലൂടെ നമുക്കു വരച്ചു കാട്ടിത്തന്നു.
2ാമതായി മഞ്ഞുരുക്കൽ (പസംഗത്തിനു വന്നതു ടി എം നുഫൈസ ആയിരുന്നു. സ്വതസിദ്ധമായ കണ്ണൂർ ഭാഷയിൽ അവർ തന്റെ ’ഒരു നീണ്ട ജീവിതത്തെ' കുറിച്ചു സംസാരിച്ചു. തന്റെ (പായത്തിൽ കവിഞ്ഞ പൊക്കം അവർക്കു നൽകിയ അനുഭവങ്ങൾ സദസസുമായി പങ്കു വെച്ചപ്പോൾ മുഴുവൻ കാണികളുടെ ചുണ്ടുകളിലും ചിരിയുടെ ചെണ്ടുകൾ വിതറാൻ അവർക്കു കഴിഞ്ഞു.
അടുത്തതായി ടി എം നബീല മസൂദിന്റെ മഞ്ഞുരുക്കൽ (പസംഗം ആയിരുന്നു. അവരുടെ കുട്ടിക്കാലത്തവിനോദങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും, സഹോദരൻമാരെകുറിച്ചുമൊക്കെ അവർ വാചാലയായി. തന്റെ സഹോദരന്റെ സ്വപ്നത്തിൽ താൻ വെറുമൊരു ഗദ്ദാമയായത് നബീല വളരെ നർമ്മരസത്തിൽ ചാലിച്ച് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.
അന്നത്തെ അവസാനത്തെ മഞ്ഞുരുക്കൽ (പസംഗത്തിനായി വേദിയിൽ വന്നതു മഞ്ജു മിലൻ ആയിരുന്നു. അവർക്കു അ(പതീക്ഷിതമായി ഉണ്ടായ ഒരു അപകടവും, അതിന്റെ തീ൮ത അറിയാതെ അവർ അതിനെ കൈകാരൄം ചെയ്ത രീതിയും, ഭാഗൄം കൊണ്ടും ദൈവാധീനം കൊണ്ടും അപകടത്തിന്റെ മാരകമായ പരിണിത ഫലത്തിൽ നിന്ന് രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടതുമായ തന്റെ അനുഭവം മഞ്ജു “തന്റെ ജീവിതാനുഭവത്തിലൂടെ” എന്ന (പസംഗത്തിലൂടെ വിവരിച്ചു തന്നു.
പിന്നീട് നടന്നത് തൽക്ഷണ(പഭാഷണങ്ങൾ ആയിരുന്നു. പ്രഭാഷണ തലവ ടി എം സലില മജീദ് ആയിരുന്നു.

4. ആരോഗ്യം ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ധനം എന്ന് പറയുമ്പോൾ എന്താണ് നിങ്ങൾ അത് കൊണ്ട് മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നത്?
5.ഗൾഫിലെപരിമിതിക്കുള്ളിൽനിന്ന്ഒരുപ്രവാസിക്കു

എന്നീ വിഷയങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ച് യഥാക്രമം ടി എം ഷക്കീല, ടി എം ഹാരിസ, ടി എം റുഷിദ, അതിഥികളായെത്തിയ ജമീല, ഷബ്ന എന്നിവർ സംസാരിച്ചു.
അടുത്തതായി പൊതുമൂല്യ കർത്താവ് ടി എം ആബിദ സുബൈർ യോഗങ്ങളെ വിലയിരുത്തി. മൂല്യ കർത്താക്കളോട് അതത് (പസംഗങ്ങളെ വിലയിരുത്താൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. യഥാക്രമം ടി എം ഫാസില ടി എം ഫൗസിയ ബാസിത്തിന്റെയും, ടി എം ഷീബ അശോകൻ ടി എം നുഫൈസയുടെയും, ടി എം തസ്നിം ടി എം നബീലയുടെയും, ടി എം സമീഹ നബീൽ ടി എം മഞ്ജു മിലന്റെയും (പസംഗങ്ങളെ വിലയിരിത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു.
അതിനു ശേഷം മറ്റു കാര്യ കർത്താക്കൾ അഥവാ വ്യാകരണ വിദഗ്ധ, ശബ്ദ നിരീക്ഷക, സമയ പാലക,കേൾവിക്കാരി എന്നിവർ തങ്ങളുടെ റിപ്പോർട്ടുകൾ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.
ശേഷം സദസ്സിന്റെ അഭി(പായ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു ഫലം (പഖ്യാപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. തയ്യാറാക്കിയ (പസംഗത്തിന് ടി എം ഫൌസിയ ബാസിത്തും, തത്സമയ (പസംഗത്തിന് ഷബ്നയും, മൂല്യ നിർണ്ണയത്തിന് ടി എം ഫാസില സൈദലവിയും സമ്മാനാർഹരായി.
അതിന് ശേഷം ഏരിയ നിർദ്ദേശകൻ (ശീ യൂസഫ് വണ്ണാറത്ത്ക്ളബ്ബ് അധികാരികളെ അവരോധിക്കുന്ന ചടങ്ങായിരുന്നു.
ഇനിപ്പറയുന്ന ക്രമത്തിൽ സ്ഥാനങ്ങളും അതാത് വ്യക്തികളുടെ പേരുകളുമാണ്.

ശേഷം എല്ലാ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർമാർക്കും ടി എം ഇൻറ്റർനാഷണലിന്റെ ലഘു(ഗന്ഥം വിതരണം ചെയ്തു.
തുടർന്ന് അധ്യക്ഷ അന്നത്തെ യോഗത്തെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള ഒരു അവസാന വട്ട വിശകലനത്തിനു ശേഷം അടുത്ത യോഗത്തിന്റെ തീയതി ഏപ്രിൽ 23 എന്ന് അറിയിച്ചു. യോഗം അവസാനിച്ചതായി (പഖ്യാപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.

FCC Vanitha Toastmasters Meeting # 2 - English Report
FCC Vanitha toastmasters club second meeting was held at FCC auditorium on Saturday, March 12th from 6:15 pm – 8:15 pm.
Our Sergeant at Arms TM Safoora Saleem did a great work by facilitating all the needful for the venue arrangement. The hall was beautifully rearranged to give it a professional toastmasters meeting outlook. All the necessary aides were made available, Our salutes to the sincerity and dedication of TM Safoora . Any meeting well begun is half done and would like provide all credits to TM Safoora for the flawless welcome address and for the great startup. Next in agenda was presidential address by TM Aparna Ranish. In line with women's day celebration and the theme of the day "സ്ത്രീ -ധനം” the excom committee decided to honor Souda Abdul Jabbar our senior executive member of FCC Vanitha Vedi . She was honored for her great humanitarian deeds and services .she has been the inspiration and role model to all our fellow toastmasters . All of us offered a standing ovation as an honour to her great services and this followed by presenting her a flower bouquet by our guest TM Pavithra Philip. The president then talked about the aim and theme of 2016 international women's day following which the stage was transferred to the TMOD Sajna Manshur.
TM Sajna wonderfully picked up on the Theme സ്ത്രീ -ധനം meaning women is a treasure . She acknowledged the value of women in society and gracefully introduced the role players of the day.

All the role players performed their duties in perfection. The planned installation anyone of the speeches was cancelled and the TMOD effectively made use of that time slot to insert in a game which paved way for all the guests to speak a few words on stage. Great idea and was well executed by TMOD. Kudos TM Sajina Manshur for your instant creativity.
The first session was prepared speech session and there was only one ice braking speech by TM Sheeba Ashokan. TM Sheeba was a natural speaker, she spoke about her beautiful memories of school life In her speech titled "മധുരമുള്ള ഒരു ഓർമ ". The speech shifted us momentarily to good old school days and brought smiles in audience. Well done TM Sheeba Asokan.
The second session was an education module delivered by TM Pavithra Philip, past president of ICC Eve's Club a great toastmaster who is in toastmaster journey for last 8 years. She taught us how to go about taking our first step in toastmasters - delivering the ice breaker speech .It was indeed a great experience to hear from a very senior toastmaster .Her style ,way of delivery , confidence all need to be imbibed.
The third session was Table topic which is the most interesting part of the meeting was well handled by our newbie. TM Nabeela Masood. She was confident and provided audience with good topics in line with the theme. Her presentation portrayed confidence and proved the audience that a great cook who keeps bagging all cookery awards can excel in speaking as well.
The Toastmasters and guests who enthusiastically participated in this session are TM Fasna , Fareeda , Nasri Thabith and Liji Abdullah. All of them spoke really well in the instant topics provided.TM Fareeda was selected as the best Table topic speaker.

The last and final session was the general evaluation which was carried out TM Pavithra Philip again. She appreciated the good points and gave tips for improving the future meetings. The evaluator of P1 Speech TM Abida Subair gave a perfect evaluation. Her evaluation was motivating at the same time gave in new learning tips for the speaker for her future speeches. Further the president conducted the business session and concluded the meeting by announcing the next meeting date as 26th March from 6:15 pm -8:30pm. Last but not the least great thanks to the pillars behind the success of our meeting - our Area director TM Yousuf Vannarath and our mentors TM Shaini and TM Rifna. Special thanks to TM Sajina Manshur , TM Pavithra Philip and TM Abida Subair for their time and support .

എഫ് സി സി വനിതാ ടോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റർ ക്ലബ്ബിന്റെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ യോഗം മാർച് 12 നു എഫ് സി സി മിനി ഹാളിൽ വെച്ച് കൃത്യം 6.15 നു ആരംഭിച്ചു.
മീറ്റിങ്ങിനു നല്ല തുടക്കം എന്ന പോലെ TM സഫൂര വളരെ ഹൃദ്യമായി എല്ലാവരെയും സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്തു. ശേഷം സദസ്സ് അധ്യക്ഷക്ക് കൈ മാറി.
അധ്യക്ഷ TM അപർണ റെനിഷ് ലോക വനിതാദിന ചിന്തകൾ സദസ്സുമായി പങ്കിട്ടു. മാർച്ച് 8 ലോക വനിതാദിനം.ദേശത്തിന്റെ അതിര്ത്തികള്ക്കും ഭൂഖണ്ഡങ്ങളുടെ സംസ്കാരങ്ങള്ക്കുമപ്പുറത്ത് വനിതകളുടെ അവകാശങ്ങള്ക്കായി ഒരു ദിനം.
മീറ്റിങ്ങിന്റെ പ്രമേയം "സ്ത്രീ- ധനം" ആയതു കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ സ്ത്രീകൾ എല്ലാമേഖലകളിലും ആദരിക്കപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ എഫ് സി സി യിലെ വനിതകൾക്ക് മാതൃകയും എല്ലാ ഉപദേശങ്ങളും നല്കി എല്ലാവര്ക്കും എപ്പോഴും എല്ലാ വിധ സഹായ ഹസ്തങ്ങളുമായ ഒരു വ്യക്തിത്വം അതെ എഫ് സി സി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് മെമ്പർ സൗദ അബ്ദുൽ ജബ്ബാർ എല്ലാവരും എഴുന്നേറ്റു നിന്ന് അവരോടുള്ള ആദരവ് പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചു ശേഷം TM പവിത്ര ഫിലിപ്പ് പൂച്ചെണ്ട് നല്കി അവരെ ആദരിച്ചു.
ശേഷം അധ്യക്ഷ യോഗം ആരംഭിച്ചതായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയും സദസ്സ് അന്നത്തെ TMOD സജ്ന മൻസൂറിലേക്ക് കൈ മാറി
"മാതാവിന്റെ കാൽകീഴിൽ സ്വർഗം" എന്ന ആമുഖത്തോടെ TMOD പ്രമേയത്തിലേക്ക് കടന്നു. സ്ത്രീ തന്നെ ഒരു ധനം അവൾ എവിടെയും ആദരിക്കപ്പെടെണം എന്നും ഇന്ന് സ്ത്രീകൾ അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കേണ്ടിവരുന്ന ആകുല വ്യഥകളെ കുറിച്ചും വാചാലമായി സംസാരിച്ചു. വളരെ ഹൃദ്യമായി അന്നത്തെ സഹ ടോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റർ മാരെ സദസ്സിനു പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തി.

ആദ്യ പകുതിയിൽ തയ്യാറായി വന്ന പ്രസംഗ അവതരണത്തിൽ ഒരാളുടെ ഒഴിവു വന്നതിനെ തുടർന്ന് TMOD വ്യത്യസ്തമായ ഒരു കളിയിലേക്ക് സദസ്സിനെ കൂട്ടികൊണ്ടുപോയി. അതിഥികളായി എത്തിയവരും അതിൽ പങ്കാളികളായി തങ്ങളുടെ പ്രസംഗ പാടവം സദസ്സിനു മുമ്പിൽ പുറത്തെടുത്തു. അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ TMOD സജ്ന.
മഞ്ഞു ഉരുക്കൽ പ്രസംഗ അവതരണത്തിന് തയ്യാറായി വന്ന TM ഷീബ അശോകനേയും മൂല്യകർത്താവു TM ആബിദ സുബൈരിനെയും സദസ്സിനു പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തി.
TM ഷീബ സ്വതസിദ്ധമായ ശൈലിയിൽ "മധുരമുള്ള ഓർമ്മ " എന്ന തലകെട്ടിലെ അവരുടെ ബാല്യകാല ഓർമ്മകളെ കുറിച്ച് സരസമായി സംസാരിച്ചു. ഒരു നിമിഷം.കോൽ ഐസ് എന്ന മധുരം എല്ലാവരുടെയും നാവിൽ എത്തിക്കാൻ അവർക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞു.
രണ്ടാം പകുതിയിൽ മഞ്ഞുരുക്കൽ പ്രസംഗത്തിലെ അറിവുകളുടെ പ്രെസന്റെഷനുമായി TM പവിത്ര ഫിലിപ്പ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ 8 വർഷമായി ഈ പാതയിലുള്ള അവർ ICC EVES ക്ലബിലെ മുൻ പ്രസിഡന്റു കൂടിയാണ്. മഞ്ഞു ഉരുക്കൽ പ്രസംഗത്തിൽ അനുവർത്തിക്കേണ്ട സംഗതികളും സൂക്ഷമതകളും എന്തൊക്കെ എന്ന് വളരെ വിശാലമായി തന്നെ അവരുടെ പ്രസന്റെഷനിലൂടെയും വാക്കുകളിലൂടെയും വിശദീകരിച്ചു.
അവസാന പകുതിയിൽ രസകരമായ തത്സമയ പ്രസംഗ പരിപാടി കൈ കാര്യം ചെയ്യാൻ ആയി എത്തിയത് TM നബീല മസൂദ് ആയിരുന്നു. പാചകത്തിന് പുറമേ പ്രസംഗവും തനിക്കു വഴങ്ങും എന്ന് ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന വിവിധങ്ങളായ സ്ത്രീ വിഷയങ്ങളുമായി ആണ് അവർ എത്തിയത് . പങ്കെടുത്ത TM ഫസ്ന അതിഥികളായി എത്തിയ ഫരീദ ,നസ്രി താബിത്, ലിജി അബ്ദുള്ള തുടങ്ങിയവര അവർക്കു നല്കിയ വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ വളരെ ആധികാരികമായി സംസാരിച്ചു.
അവസാനത്തിൽ യോഗത്തിന്റെ പൊതു മൂല്യ നിർണയം നടത്താൻ എത്തിയത് പൊതു മൂല്യ കർത്താവ് TM പവിത്ര ഫിലിപ്പ് ആയിരുന്നു. വളരെ വ്യക്തവും കൃത്യവുമായി യോഗത്തിനെ വിശകലനം ചെയ്ത് അവർ സംസാരിച്ചു .യോഗത്തിന്റെ നല്ല വശങ്ങളെയും ഭാവിയിൽ ഉൾ പ്പെടുത്തേണ്ട ചില നുറുങ്ങുകളും സദസ്സുമായി TM പങ്കു വെച്ചു .
ശേഷം മൂല്യ കർത്താക്കളെ ക്ഷണിച്ചു. മഞ്ഞുരുക്കൽ പ്രസംഗത്തിന്റെ മൂല്യ നിർണയം മികച്ച അഭിപ്രായങ്ങളും നിർദേശങ്ങളുമായി TM ആബിദ നിർവഹിച്ചു.

മീറ്റിങ്ങിന്റെ പ്രമേയം "സ്ത്രീ- ധനം" ആയതു കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ സ്ത്രീകൾ എല്ലാമേഖലകളിലും ആദരിക്കപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ എഫ് സി സി യിലെ വനിതകൾക്ക് മാതൃകയും എല്ലാ ഉപദേശങ്ങളും നല്കി എല്ലാവര്ക്കും എപ്പോഴും എല്ലാ വിധ സഹായ ഹസ്തങ്ങളുമായ ഒരു വ്യക്തിത്വം അതെ എഫ് സി സി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് മെമ്പർ സൗദ അബ്ദുൽ ജബ്ബാർ എല്ലാവരും എഴുന്നേറ്റു നിന്ന് അവരോടുള്ള ആദരവ് പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചു ശേഷം TM പവിത്ര ഫിലിപ്പ് പൂച്ചെണ്ട് നല്കി അവരെ ആദരിച്ചു.

ആദ്യ പകുതിയിൽ തയ്യാറായി വന്ന പ്രസംഗ അവതരണത്തിൽ ഒരാളുടെ ഒഴിവു വന്നതിനെ തുടർന്ന് TMOD വ്യത്യസ്തമായ ഒരു കളിയിലേക്ക് സദസ്സിനെ കൂട്ടികൊണ്ടുപോയി. അതിഥികളായി എത്തിയവരും അതിൽ പങ്കാളികളായി തങ്ങളുടെ പ്രസംഗ പാടവം സദസ്സിനു മുമ്പിൽ പുറത്തെടുത്തു. അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ TMOD സജ്ന.
മഞ്ഞു ഉരുക്കൽ പ്രസംഗ അവതരണത്തിന് തയ്യാറായി വന്ന TM ഷീബ അശോകനേയും മൂല്യകർത്താവു TM ആബിദ സുബൈരിനെയും സദസ്സിനു പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തി.
TM ഷീബ സ്വതസിദ്ധമായ ശൈലിയിൽ "മധുരമുള്ള ഓർമ്മ " എന്ന തലകെട്ടിലെ അവരുടെ ബാല്യകാല ഓർമ്മകളെ കുറിച്ച് സരസമായി സംസാരിച്ചു. ഒരു നിമിഷം.കോൽ ഐസ് എന്ന മധുരം എല്ലാവരുടെയും നാവിൽ എത്തിക്കാൻ അവർക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞു.
രണ്ടാം പകുതിയിൽ മഞ്ഞുരുക്കൽ പ്രസംഗത്തിലെ അറിവുകളുടെ പ്രെസന്റെഷനുമായി TM പവിത്ര ഫിലിപ്പ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ 8 വർഷമായി ഈ പാതയിലുള്ള അവർ ICC EVES ക്ലബിലെ മുൻ പ്രസിഡന്റു കൂടിയാണ്. മഞ്ഞു ഉരുക്കൽ പ്രസംഗത്തിൽ അനുവർത്തിക്കേണ്ട സംഗതികളും സൂക്ഷമതകളും എന്തൊക്കെ എന്ന് വളരെ വിശാലമായി തന്നെ അവരുടെ പ്രസന്റെഷനിലൂടെയും വാക്കുകളിലൂടെയും വിശദീകരിച്ചു.
അവസാന പകുതിയിൽ രസകരമായ തത്സമയ പ്രസംഗ പരിപാടി കൈ കാര്യം ചെയ്യാൻ ആയി എത്തിയത് TM നബീല മസൂദ് ആയിരുന്നു. പാചകത്തിന് പുറമേ പ്രസംഗവും തനിക്കു വഴങ്ങും എന്ന് ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന വിവിധങ്ങളായ സ്ത്രീ വിഷയങ്ങളുമായി ആണ് അവർ എത്തിയത് . പങ്കെടുത്ത TM ഫസ്ന അതിഥികളായി എത്തിയ ഫരീദ ,നസ്രി താബിത്, ലിജി അബ്ദുള്ള തുടങ്ങിയവര അവർക്കു നല്കിയ വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ വളരെ ആധികാരികമായി സംസാരിച്ചു.
അവസാനത്തിൽ യോഗത്തിന്റെ പൊതു മൂല്യ നിർണയം നടത്താൻ എത്തിയത് പൊതു മൂല്യ കർത്താവ് TM പവിത്ര ഫിലിപ്പ് ആയിരുന്നു. വളരെ വ്യക്തവും കൃത്യവുമായി യോഗത്തിനെ വിശകലനം ചെയ്ത് അവർ സംസാരിച്ചു .യോഗത്തിന്റെ നല്ല വശങ്ങളെയും ഭാവിയിൽ ഉൾ പ്പെടുത്തേണ്ട ചില നുറുങ്ങുകളും സദസ്സുമായി TM പങ്കു വെച്ചു .

ഖത്തറിലെ തന്നെ ആദ്യത്തെ വനിതാ മലയാളം ടോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റർ ക്ലബിന് തുടക്കം കുറിച്ച് എഫ് സി സി വനിതാവേദി .
ഫെബ്രുവരി 22 എഫ് സി സി വനിതാവേദിക്ക് മറ്റൊരു നേട്ടം കൂടി. ഖത്തറിലെ മലയാളി വനിതകളുടെ സർഗാത്മക കഴിവുകളും അവരുടെ ശാക്തീകരണവും ഉന്നമനവും കാംഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാണ് എഫ് സി സി വനിതാവേദി പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചത്. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ അവരുടെ നേതൃപാടവം ,വ്യക്തിവികസനവും, ആശയവിനിമയത്തിലുള്ള കഴിവ്, ഭാഷയിലുള്ള പ്രാവീണ്യം എന്നിവ വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് എഫ് സി സി ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. വനിതകൾക്ക് മാത്രമായി എഫ് സി സി വനിതാവേദിയുടെ നേതൃതത്തിൽ ഒരു ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർ ക്ലബ് എന്ന ആലോചന ഉരുത്തിരിഞ്ഞതും ആവിഷ്കരിച്ചതും ആ ഒരു ലക്ഷ്യം മുൻനിർത്തിയാണ് .ടോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റർ ഇന്റർ നാഷണലിന്റെ സ്ഥാപകനായ ഡോ. റാൽഫ് സി സ്മെഡ് ലിയുടെ ജന്മദിനത്തിൽ തന്നെ എഫ് സി സി വനിതാ ടോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റർ ക്ലബ് ഔദ്യോഗികമായി തുടങ്ങാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത് ഈ സംരംഭത്തിന്റെ പ്രസക്തി കൂട്ടുന്നു.
ക്ലബ് അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചതിനെ തുടർന്നുള്ള ഞങ്ങളുടെ മാതൃകാ യോഗം നടന്നത് ഫെബ്രുവരി 27 ന് ആയിരുന്നു. ഏകദേശം 55 ഓളം പേർ മെമ്പർ ആയവരും ആകാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവരുമായി ആ യോഗത്തിൽ സംബന്ധിച്ചു.
ആദ്യമായി ഞങ്ങളോട് സഹകരിച്ച ഖത്തറിലെ വിവിധ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബുകളായ ഖത്തർ മലയാളം ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബ്, ഐ സി സി ഈവ്സ് ക്ലബ്, ദോഹ മലയാളം ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബ്, ദോഹ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബ്, ഡേക്സ് ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബ് അംഗങ്ങളോടുള്ള ഞങ്ങളുടെ അകമഴിഞ്ഞ നന്ദി അറിയിക്കുന്നു. ഇത്രയും നല്ല രീതിയിൽ ഒരു മാതൃകായോഗം സംഘടിപ്പിക്കാൻ എല്ലാ ക്ലുബുകളിലെയും പരിചയ സമ്പന്നരായ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് അവരുടെ വിലപ്പെട്ട സമയവും ഊർജവും ചിലവഴിച്ചതിനും അവരിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരുന്ന ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങൾ വളരെ ഭംഗിയായി അവർ നിർവഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തതിനു ഞങ്ങൾ കടപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. തുടർന്നും സഹായങ്ങളും ഉപദേശങ്ങളും പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
മാതൃകായോഗത്തിന്റെ ഉപചാരക ക്ലബ്ബിന്റെ VPE കൂടിയായ ജംഷീല ഷെമീം ഹൃദയംഗമമായി സദസ്സിനെ സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്യുകയും ഉപചാരപൂർവ്വം അധ്യക്ഷ സ്ഥാനത്തേക്ക് പ്രസിഡന്റിനെ ക്ഷണിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു .പ്രസിഡന്റ് അപർണയുടെ അധ്യക്ഷ പ്രസംഗത്തിൽ ഒരു ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബ്ബിന്റെ ആവശ്യകതയെകുറിച്ചും അതിനു താല്പര്യം കാണിച്ച എഫ് സി സി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഡയറക്ടർ ഹബീബു റഹ്മാൻ സാഹിബിനും വനിതാ മലയാളം ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബ് എന്ന എഫ് സി സി വനിതാ വേദിയുടെ സ്വപ്നം ഇത്രയും പെട്ടെന്ന് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതിന് എല്ലാ സഹായങ്ങളും നിർദേശങ്ങളും നൽകിയതിനു ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ യൂസഫ് വണ്ണാറത്തിനോടുള്ള നന്ദി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി. ശേഷം സദസ്സ് അന്നത്തെ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ ആയ ആബിദക്കു കൈമാറി.
ആബിദ അടുത്ത് എഫ് സി സി നടത്തിയ കൽച്ചറൽ ഫെസ്റ്റിലെ നിമിഷ പ്രസംഗ ജേതാവും ഡിബെറ്റ് മൂന്നാം സ്ഥാനം വിജയികളിൽ ഒരാളും ആയിരുന്നു. ദോഹയിൽ കുട്ടികൾക്കും സ്ത്രീകൾക്കും ആയി നടത്തപ്പെടുന്ന പരിപാടികളിൽ സജീവമായി പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന ഒരംഗമെന്ന നിലയിൽ അവർ എല്ലാവര്ക്കും സുപരിചിതയാണ്.”വിദ്യാലയം” എന്ന പ്രമേയത്തിലൂടെ സദസ്സിനെ ഒരു സ്കൂൾ അങ്കണത്തിലേക്ക് കൂട്ടികൊണ്ട് പോകുവാനും ഒരു ഹെഡ് മാസ്റ്റർ എന്ന നിലയിൽ സ്വയം പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുകയും മറ്റുള്ളവരെ സ്കൂളിലെ അധ്യാപകരായും മറ്റും പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു. വളരെ പ്രൊഫഷണൽ ആയി കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുന്ന ആബിദയെ കുറിച്ച് ഖത്തർ മലയാളം ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബിന് അഭിമാനിക്കാം
സമയ പാലനം വലിയ വിഷമം പിടിച്ച ഒരു പണിയാണ്. ആ ജോലി വളരെ ഭംഗിയായി ചെയ്തത് ദോഹ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബിലെ സന്ധ്യ പ്രേം ചന്ദ് ആണ്.അവരുടെ കർത്തവ്യം കർമ്മ നിരതയോടെ അവർ നിർവഹിച്ചു. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ യോഗം കൃത്യ സമയത്ത് തന്നെ നമുക്ക് പൂർത്തിയാക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു.
തെറ്റുകൾ മനുഷ്യ സഹജമാണ് പ്രതേകിച്ചും സംസാരത്തിൽ. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഒരു പ്രസംഗത്തിലെ ഉച്ചാരണം, സംസാര ശുദ്ധി, വ്യാകരണം സംസാരിക്കുന്ന ഭാഷാ എല്ലാം നന്നായി വിലയിരുത്തേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. അതിനായി നമുക്ക് ലഭിച്ചത് ദോഹ മലയാളം ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബിലെ ഷീല ടോമിയെ ആണ്. ഷീല അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന മലയാളം എഴുത്ത് കാരിയും അവാർഡ് ജേതാവും.ഒപ്പം എഫ് സി സിയുടെ ഭാരവാഹിയും ദോഹയിലെ മലയാളി വായനക്കാര്ക്ക് വളരെ സുപരിചിതയുമാണ്. നമ്മുടെ മാതൃകായോഗത്തിലേക്കും തുടര്ന്നും അവരെ ലഭിക്കുക എന്നത് നമ്മുടെ ക്ലബ്ബിന്റെ ഒരു മുതൽകൂട്ടുതന്നെയാണ് .ഓരോ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെരിനെയും അവർ നന്നായി തന്നെ വിലയിരുത്തി. അവരുടെ ഭാഷ അവർ ഉപയോഗിച്ച നല്ല പദങ്ങൾ വരുത്തേണ്ട ഭേദഗതികൾ ഇവയെ കുറിച്ച് വളരെ ലളിതമായ ഭാഷയിൽ തന്നെ വിവരിച്ചു.
യോഗത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യ പകുതിക്കായി തയ്യാറായി വന്നിരുന്നത് രണ്ടു ടോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ആയിരുന്നു. ആദ്യമായി വേദിയിൽ എത്തിയത് ഖത്തർ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഇസ്ലാമിക് അസോസിയേഷൻ പ്രവർത്തകയും QMTC മെമ്പറുമായ TM നദീറ ആയിരുന്നു. 'എന്റെ ആദ്യ ഗാനം' എന്ന വിഷയത്തിൽ വളരെ ചടുലമായി അവരുടെ P1 പ്രൊജക്റ്റ് പ്രസംഗം അവർ നിർവഹിച്ചു. ലളിതവും സരസവുമായ അവരുടെ ഭാഷകൊണ്ട് അതൊരു മഞ്ഞുരുക്കൽ പ്രസംഗമായി സദസ്സിനു തോന്നിയില്ല.
തുടർന്ന് വന്നത് P5 പ്രസംഗവും ആയി ഡേക്സ് ക്ലബിലെ VPE ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ സബീനയായിരുന്നു. ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് മേഖലയിൽ തന്നെ തന്റേതായ വ്യക്തിമുദ്ര പതിപ്പിച്ച ഒരു ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ. ഏരിയ തത്സമയ പ്രസംഗ മത്സരത്തിൽ രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനം നേടിയ വ്യക്തി. "വരൂ പച്ചപ്പിലേക്ക് കടക്കാം" എന്നതായിരുന്നു അവരുടെ വിഷയം. കുട്ടികളെ ബാധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഇന്റർനെറ്റ് വലയത്തെ കുറിച്ചും അവർക്ക് നഷ്ട്ടമായികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഹരിതാഭയെ കുറിച്ചും അവർ വളരെ ഭാവുകത്തത്തോടെ സംസാരിച്ചു.
ഒരു മാതൃകാ യോഗം ആയതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഒരു യഥാർതഥ യോഗത്തിലെ വോട്ടിംഗ് , അഭിപ്രായ പ്രകടനം ഇതിൽ വേണ്ടിവന്നില്ല.
രണ്ടാം പകുതിയിലാണ് യോഗത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും ആകർഷകവും രസകരവും ആയ ഇനം തത്സമയ പ്രസംഗം കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി QMTC ട്രഷറർ ഏരിയ ഫലിത പ്രസംഗ മത്സരത്തിൽ രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാന വിജയിയുമായ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ ഫൗസിയ ഹംസാസ് കടന്നു വന്നത്. തന്റെ സ്വതസിദ്ധമായ അവതരണം കൊണ്ട് സദസ്സിനെ അവർ കൈയിലെടുത്തു. പ്രസംഗത്തിനായി എത്തിയത് ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ റെജീന സലിം (Doha Malayalam Toastmaster club ), ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ സജ്ന മൻസൂർ(Qatar Malayalam Toastmaster Club), എഫ് സി സിയുടെ തന്നെ ക്ലബ് അംഗങ്ങളായ സലീല മജീദ്, സഫൂരാ സലിം, ഷീബ അശോകൻ തുടങ്ങിയവരാണ് .തത്സമയം കൊടുത്ത വിഷയങ്ങൾ തങ്ങളാൽ കഴിയും വിധം അവർ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.

തുടർന്ന് ഒരു ഔദ്യോഗിക സംഭാഷണവും ആയി ഡിവിഷൻ Q ഡയറക്ടർ DTM രാഘവൻ സർ എത്തുകയും ഒരു വ്യക്തി അയാളുടെ വ്യക്തിത്വ വികസനത്തിനും കുറച്ചു സമയം മാറ്റി വെക്കേണ്ടതിന്റെ ആവശ്യകത എന്തെന്ന് സദസ്സിനെ ബോധവൽക്കരിക്കുകയും സദസ്സിന്റെ സംശയങ്ങൾക്ക് മറുപടി പറയുകയും ചെയ്തു. തിരക്കുകൾക്കിടയിലും ഞങ്ങളുടെ ക്ലബിനായി സമയം കണ്ടെത്തിയ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് വളരെയധികം നന്ദി.

എഫ് സി സി ക്ലബ് രൂപീകരണത്തിന് വേണ്ട നിർദേശങ്ങളും ഉപദേശങ്ങളും നൽകിയതിന് അദേഹത്തിന് ഞങ്ങളുടെ അകമഴിഞ്ഞ നന്ദി.
എഫ് സി വനിതാ വേദിക്ക് എല്ലാ നിർദേശങ്ങളും പ്രചോദനവും നൽകുകയും എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളിലും ഞങ്ങളുടെ വഴികാട്ടിയും ആയ എഫ് സി സി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഡയറക്ടർ ഹബീബുരഹ്മാൻ സാഹിബ് യോഗത്തിന്റെ അവലോകനം നടത്തുകയും എല്ലാ ഭാവുകങ്ങൾ നേരുകയും ചെയ്തു .
വളരെ മാതൃകാപരമായി നടന്ന യോഗത്തിൽ പ്രസിഡന്റ് അപർണ എല്ലാവരുടെയും അഭിപ്രായം ആരാഞ്ഞു. ശേഷം അടുത്ത യോഗത്തിന്റെ തീയതിയും സമയവും അറിയിച്ചു. 12 മാർച്ച്6.00 pm to 8.00 pm . യോഗത്തിന്റെ ഭംഗിയായ നടത്തിപ്പിന് സഹകരിച്ച എല്ലാവരോടും നന്ദി പ്രകാശിപ്പിക്കുകയും യോഗം അവസാനിച്ചതായി അറിയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.

ഫെബ്രുവരി 22 എഫ് സി സി വനിതാവേദിക്ക് മറ്റൊരു നേട്ടം കൂടി. ഖത്തറിലെ മലയാളി വനിതകളുടെ സർഗാത്മക കഴിവുകളും അവരുടെ ശാക്തീകരണവും ഉന്നമനവും കാംഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാണ് എഫ് സി സി വനിതാവേദി പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചത്. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ അവരുടെ നേതൃപാടവം ,വ്യക്തിവികസനവും, ആശയവിനിമയത്തിലുള്ള കഴിവ്, ഭാഷയിലുള്ള പ്രാവീണ്യം എന്നിവ വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് എഫ് സി സി ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. വനിതകൾക്ക് മാത്രമായി എഫ് സി സി വനിതാവേദിയുടെ നേതൃതത്തിൽ ഒരു ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർ ക്ലബ് എന്ന ആലോചന ഉരുത്തിരിഞ്ഞതും ആവിഷ്കരിച്ചതും ആ ഒരു ലക്ഷ്യം മുൻനിർത്തിയാണ് .ടോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റർ ഇന്റർ നാഷണലിന്റെ സ്ഥാപകനായ ഡോ. റാൽഫ് സി സ്മെഡ് ലിയുടെ ജന്മദിനത്തിൽ തന്നെ എഫ് സി സി വനിതാ ടോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റർ ക്ലബ് ഔദ്യോഗികമായി തുടങ്ങാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത് ഈ സംരംഭത്തിന്റെ പ്രസക്തി കൂട്ടുന്നു.
ക്ലബ് അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചതിനെ തുടർന്നുള്ള ഞങ്ങളുടെ മാതൃകാ യോഗം നടന്നത് ഫെബ്രുവരി 27 ന് ആയിരുന്നു. ഏകദേശം 55 ഓളം പേർ മെമ്പർ ആയവരും ആകാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവരുമായി ആ യോഗത്തിൽ സംബന്ധിച്ചു.
ആദ്യമായി ഞങ്ങളോട് സഹകരിച്ച ഖത്തറിലെ വിവിധ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബുകളായ ഖത്തർ മലയാളം ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബ്, ഐ സി സി ഈവ്സ് ക്ലബ്, ദോഹ മലയാളം ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബ്, ദോഹ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബ്, ഡേക്സ് ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബ് അംഗങ്ങളോടുള്ള ഞങ്ങളുടെ അകമഴിഞ്ഞ നന്ദി അറിയിക്കുന്നു. ഇത്രയും നല്ല രീതിയിൽ ഒരു മാതൃകായോഗം സംഘടിപ്പിക്കാൻ എല്ലാ ക്ലുബുകളിലെയും പരിചയ സമ്പന്നരായ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് അവരുടെ വിലപ്പെട്ട സമയവും ഊർജവും ചിലവഴിച്ചതിനും അവരിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരുന്ന ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങൾ വളരെ ഭംഗിയായി അവർ നിർവഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തതിനു ഞങ്ങൾ കടപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. തുടർന്നും സഹായങ്ങളും ഉപദേശങ്ങളും പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
മാതൃകായോഗത്തിന്റെ ഉപചാരക ക്ലബ്ബിന്റെ VPE കൂടിയായ ജംഷീല ഷെമീം ഹൃദയംഗമമായി സദസ്സിനെ സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്യുകയും ഉപചാരപൂർവ്വം അധ്യക്ഷ സ്ഥാനത്തേക്ക് പ്രസിഡന്റിനെ ക്ഷണിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു .പ്രസിഡന്റ് അപർണയുടെ അധ്യക്ഷ പ്രസംഗത്തിൽ ഒരു ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബ്ബിന്റെ ആവശ്യകതയെകുറിച്ചും അതിനു താല്പര്യം കാണിച്ച എഫ് സി സി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഡയറക്ടർ ഹബീബു റഹ്മാൻ സാഹിബിനും വനിതാ മലയാളം ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബ് എന്ന എഫ് സി സി വനിതാ വേദിയുടെ സ്വപ്നം ഇത്രയും പെട്ടെന്ന് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതിന് എല്ലാ സഹായങ്ങളും നിർദേശങ്ങളും നൽകിയതിനു ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ യൂസഫ് വണ്ണാറത്തിനോടുള്ള നന്ദി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി. ശേഷം സദസ്സ് അന്നത്തെ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ ആയ ആബിദക്കു കൈമാറി.
ആബിദ അടുത്ത് എഫ് സി സി നടത്തിയ കൽച്ചറൽ ഫെസ്റ്റിലെ നിമിഷ പ്രസംഗ ജേതാവും ഡിബെറ്റ് മൂന്നാം സ്ഥാനം വിജയികളിൽ ഒരാളും ആയിരുന്നു. ദോഹയിൽ കുട്ടികൾക്കും സ്ത്രീകൾക്കും ആയി നടത്തപ്പെടുന്ന പരിപാടികളിൽ സജീവമായി പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന ഒരംഗമെന്ന നിലയിൽ അവർ എല്ലാവര്ക്കും സുപരിചിതയാണ്.”വിദ്യാലയം” എന്ന പ്രമേയത്തിലൂടെ സദസ്സിനെ ഒരു സ്കൂൾ അങ്കണത്തിലേക്ക് കൂട്ടികൊണ്ട് പോകുവാനും ഒരു ഹെഡ് മാസ്റ്റർ എന്ന നിലയിൽ സ്വയം പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുകയും മറ്റുള്ളവരെ സ്കൂളിലെ അധ്യാപകരായും മറ്റും പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു. വളരെ പ്രൊഫഷണൽ ആയി കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുന്ന ആബിദയെ കുറിച്ച് ഖത്തർ മലയാളം ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബിന് അഭിമാനിക്കാം
സമയ പാലനം വലിയ വിഷമം പിടിച്ച ഒരു പണിയാണ്. ആ ജോലി വളരെ ഭംഗിയായി ചെയ്തത് ദോഹ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബിലെ സന്ധ്യ പ്രേം ചന്ദ് ആണ്.അവരുടെ കർത്തവ്യം കർമ്മ നിരതയോടെ അവർ നിർവഹിച്ചു. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ യോഗം കൃത്യ സമയത്ത് തന്നെ നമുക്ക് പൂർത്തിയാക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു.
തെറ്റുകൾ മനുഷ്യ സഹജമാണ് പ്രതേകിച്ചും സംസാരത്തിൽ. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഒരു പ്രസംഗത്തിലെ ഉച്ചാരണം, സംസാര ശുദ്ധി, വ്യാകരണം സംസാരിക്കുന്ന ഭാഷാ എല്ലാം നന്നായി വിലയിരുത്തേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. അതിനായി നമുക്ക് ലഭിച്ചത് ദോഹ മലയാളം ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ക്ലബിലെ ഷീല ടോമിയെ ആണ്. ഷീല അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന മലയാളം എഴുത്ത് കാരിയും അവാർഡ് ജേതാവും.ഒപ്പം എഫ് സി സിയുടെ ഭാരവാഹിയും ദോഹയിലെ മലയാളി വായനക്കാര്ക്ക് വളരെ സുപരിചിതയുമാണ്. നമ്മുടെ മാതൃകായോഗത്തിലേക്കും തുടര്ന്നും അവരെ ലഭിക്കുക എന്നത് നമ്മുടെ ക്ലബ്ബിന്റെ ഒരു മുതൽകൂട്ടുതന്നെയാണ് .ഓരോ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെരിനെയും അവർ നന്നായി തന്നെ വിലയിരുത്തി. അവരുടെ ഭാഷ അവർ ഉപയോഗിച്ച നല്ല പദങ്ങൾ വരുത്തേണ്ട ഭേദഗതികൾ ഇവയെ കുറിച്ച് വളരെ ലളിതമായ ഭാഷയിൽ തന്നെ വിവരിച്ചു.
യോഗത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യ പകുതിക്കായി തയ്യാറായി വന്നിരുന്നത് രണ്ടു ടോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റെർസ് ആയിരുന്നു. ആദ്യമായി വേദിയിൽ എത്തിയത് ഖത്തർ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഇസ്ലാമിക് അസോസിയേഷൻ പ്രവർത്തകയും QMTC മെമ്പറുമായ TM നദീറ ആയിരുന്നു. 'എന്റെ ആദ്യ ഗാനം' എന്ന വിഷയത്തിൽ വളരെ ചടുലമായി അവരുടെ P1 പ്രൊജക്റ്റ് പ്രസംഗം അവർ നിർവഹിച്ചു. ലളിതവും സരസവുമായ അവരുടെ ഭാഷകൊണ്ട് അതൊരു മഞ്ഞുരുക്കൽ പ്രസംഗമായി സദസ്സിനു തോന്നിയില്ല.
തുടർന്ന് വന്നത് P5 പ്രസംഗവും ആയി ഡേക്സ് ക്ലബിലെ VPE ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ സബീനയായിരുന്നു. ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റെർസ് മേഖലയിൽ തന്നെ തന്റേതായ വ്യക്തിമുദ്ര പതിപ്പിച്ച ഒരു ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ. ഏരിയ തത്സമയ പ്രസംഗ മത്സരത്തിൽ രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനം നേടിയ വ്യക്തി. "വരൂ പച്ചപ്പിലേക്ക് കടക്കാം" എന്നതായിരുന്നു അവരുടെ വിഷയം. കുട്ടികളെ ബാധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഇന്റർനെറ്റ് വലയത്തെ കുറിച്ചും അവർക്ക് നഷ്ട്ടമായികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഹരിതാഭയെ കുറിച്ചും അവർ വളരെ ഭാവുകത്തത്തോടെ സംസാരിച്ചു.
ഒരു മാതൃകാ യോഗം ആയതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഒരു യഥാർതഥ യോഗത്തിലെ വോട്ടിംഗ് , അഭിപ്രായ പ്രകടനം ഇതിൽ വേണ്ടിവന്നില്ല.
രണ്ടാം പകുതിയിലാണ് യോഗത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും ആകർഷകവും രസകരവും ആയ ഇനം തത്സമയ പ്രസംഗം കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി QMTC ട്രഷറർ ഏരിയ ഫലിത പ്രസംഗ മത്സരത്തിൽ രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാന വിജയിയുമായ ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ ഫൗസിയ ഹംസാസ് കടന്നു വന്നത്. തന്റെ സ്വതസിദ്ധമായ അവതരണം കൊണ്ട് സദസ്സിനെ അവർ കൈയിലെടുത്തു. പ്രസംഗത്തിനായി എത്തിയത് ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ റെജീന സലിം (Doha Malayalam Toastmaster club ), ടോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ സജ്ന മൻസൂർ(Qatar Malayalam Toastmaster Club), എഫ് സി സിയുടെ തന്നെ ക്ലബ് അംഗങ്ങളായ സലീല മജീദ്, സഫൂരാ സലിം, ഷീബ അശോകൻ തുടങ്ങിയവരാണ് .തത്സമയം കൊടുത്ത വിഷയങ്ങൾ തങ്ങളാൽ കഴിയും വിധം അവർ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.

22 February 2016 will remain etched in the memories of FCC Vanitha Vedi , the day a new toastmasters club was born, Fcc Vanitha Toastmasters club .
FCC Vanitha Toastmasters Club is the first ladies Malayalam toastmaster club in Qatar and by coincidence was charted on the birthday of the founder of Toastmaster International - Dr. Ralph C Smedley . This makes it all the more memorable. Thanks to Area 53 Director Yoosaf Vannarath for guiding and carrying out all the needful for the success of this venture of FCC Vanitha Vedi.

The first meeting, a demo meeting after chartering the club, was convened on 27 Feb 2016. Around 55 people attended the session inclusive of members and prospective members.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Qatar Malayalam Toastmasters club, ICC Eve's club, Doha Malayalam toastmasters club, Doha club and Dakes club for making our demo meet a phenomenal one lending their senior toastmasters as role players. We are grateful to these senior TM role players for spending their valuable time to showcase an effective session.
The Sergeant at arms of the Day was our club’s VPE Jamsheela Shamim who warmly welcomed the audience and requested the president to take further proceedings. The Club President Aparna Ranish during her address briefly described about the need for toastmasters and expressed the clubs gratitude towards FCC executive director, Mr. Habeeb Rahman and AD Yoosaf Vannarath who paved ways for the club formation. She then handed over the stage to the Toast master of the day TM Abida Subair.
TM Abida Subair was awarded first place in extempore speech and third in debate competition in the most recent cultural fest conducted by FCC Vanitha Vedi which was commemorating the international women’s day. She was a familiar figure to our members due to her wholehearted involvement in other social activities in and around Doha for kids and women development. In the meeting she did a fantastic job by conducting the whole meeting so elegantly and fabulously. Her take on the theme “Vidhyalam” which means School virtually took us back to our good old school days. She described herself as the headmistress and addressed each role players as teaching and non-teaching staffs of the school. She was so professional in her approach and delivery. Kudos to QMTC for having nurtured such a talented toastmaster.
Time keeping and management is a very vital and difficult task, this role was marvelously done by TM Sandhya Premchand from Doha toastmasters club. She managed the timing of meeting so well; alarming at all occasions where the limit was getting exceeded. Her promptness helped us wind up our meeting in time, instilling value of time in all.
Sheela is an award winning Malayalam story writer and is an executive member of FCC. She is a very active writer and is a prominent public profile in Qatar. Having her as a role player for our demo meeting was an inspiration and additional attraction. She performed this role in perfection, notifying all the erratic usages as wells as reinforcing on good words and quotes used though out in meeting. Her grammar report exhibited great vocabulary and knowledge in the language.

Errors are bound to happen while we speak and to rectify our mistakes and take note of the good usages we had a vivid Grammarian TM Sheela Tomy from Doha Malayalam toastmasters club.

Coming on to the first session of the meeting, the presentation of prepared speeches, we had two speakers. Our first demo speaker was TM Nadheera , an ardent social worker under the banner of Indian Isalmic association, a member of QMTC. She delivered her P1 project and was indeed her first speech as she was yet to give her P1 in her home club. The title of the speech was “Ende Adhya Gaanam” which meant My first song. She was flawless in her delivery as it never seemed like an ice breaking for the audience.
The second demo speaker was TM Sabeena from Dakes club . A passionate toastmaster, VPE of Dakes club , achieved her Competent communicator from and Competent leader from Toast master international , awarded second prize for best table topic speaker in Area contest etc. her achievements are boundless. She delivered a P5 project titled “Varoo Pachappilekku kadakkam” which means Come on, let’s get back to greenery . It was an amazing speech with great voice modulation, gestures conveying an important and thought provoking message.

Next session, the second phase of the meeting was the most interesting session, the table topic session and was handled by TM Fousiya Hanzas . She is the treasurer of QMTC and has achieved her competent communicator from Toast master international recently. She rocked the show by conducting an excellent table topic session .Her presentation was natural and the crowd welcomed it whole heartedly and displayed perfect participation.
The table topic speakers were TM Rejeena Saleem, TM Sajna MAshur, TM Saleela Majid, Safoora Saleem and TM Sheeba Ashokan . Congratulations to all the participants as it require a great deal of courage to speak instantaneously on a topic. Being a demo there was no voting for the best table topic speaker.

The Third session and the final one is the general evaluation which was well handled by our vibrant TM Shaini Kabir. She is the past president of ICC Eves, ICC Gavels councilor , has achieved Competent communicator from Toast master international. She mesmerized the audience with her lively and natural way of presentation. She did justice to her job and made the newbie toastmasters understand how general evaluation needs to be done. She is also one of the Mentor of our club, the other mentor being TM Rifna Sadath from ICC Eves.
The first Evaluator was TM Rejeena Salim from Doha Malayalam toastmasters club. She is the sergeant at arms of the club and is also a well-known personality in Doha due to her social activities. She evaluated the P1 speech of TM Nadheera very well. The evaluation was highly motivating and informative.
The second evaluator was TM Sajina Manshur, VPPR of QMTC and has brought in many accolades to QMTC. She is an avid toastmaster and has served as Master of ceremony for area contest, Contest Chair for club contest and program conveners for FCC events. She evaluated TM Sabeenas speech and portrayed an excellent evaluation. The points of improvement provided were appropriate and helpful.

The demo meeting was followed by an official address from Divison Q director, DTM Rghavan, We take this opportunity to thank him for taking his busy time out to witness the demo meet and provide our fellow toastmasters an insight in TM fraternity
He answered all their queries with ease and guided them to take the up toastmasters – a path to success. He also added spending four hours a month for self-development is as important as daily exercises and is going to lift us up in the crowd.
Following his address Area 53 Director Yoosaf Vannarath introduced the club excom and subcommittee members and also briefly explained their portfolios.

Next on stage was our FCC Executive director, Mr. Habeeb Rahman, the key person behind the lead and success of every attempts of FCC Vanitha Vedi. He is our source of inspiration and has helped each one of us to grow by providing us a world of opportunities. A great orator, highly knowledgeable yet very humble and down to earth. He has always taken all steps to develop women and does all needful for women empowerment. He highlighted that organizing and time management aspects for a speech are very important and that is one of the main reasons behind the formation of the club. He also gave his feedback on the meeting proceedings and wished the club good luck for our future meetings.
Finally the stage was handed over back to the president who received feedbacks on meetings from the audience , announced the date and time of next meeting as 12 March 2016 from 6:00 pm -8:00 pm at the same venue. The meeting was adjourned after a note of thanks to all the fellow toastmasters and interested audience.
